Need to beef up stock 64 IMP wheels, thinking about just welding bead guard, or should I be welding in centers too? I would rather not bend a axle. Thoughts. I didn’t read thru the 35 pages hoping someone will chime in first. Thanks.

For example stock spindle shows I still will put a 1/4" full center in, they still bend but wont break the spindle.

Could you post a pic or a link of an example? Thanks.

Hope that helps a little bit, not greatest picture.

Thinking about having some lip rings put on each side of some D slots, and was wondering if there would be any clearance issues with the back catching on stock 8.8s with brakes?

I have been working on these. Basically you would buy a wheel blank kit, and build the rest of the rim.

So i've just bought a set of 15" rally tires to use on my cars next year. My question is what is my best bet for running 2 different stud patterns other than a weld in center. I'm from half way across the world so dont have access to all the derby related products which does make it a bit harder and all our derbies here are all fairly stock. I Want to run 5x114.3 (5x4.5) and 5x120 (5x4.72). Thanks

What 8" rims is are popular? Somebody gave me a set of 8" forklift tires that takes air. They are not solid. They will obviously be rear tires on a compact
