Then I would consider a stronger rim. Now being is you have already spent the time and effort mounting them and narrowing, Id run them, but look at repacing them with a better rim when you bend those.

15 years ago I remember everyone wanting to get Buick Rally’s and now there not that great I guess. If I narrowed them I would run them, They will be fine at the next derby.

Just weld plates on the inner side of the buick ralley. You get the look and the strength.
The best stock rim is the pontiac ralley.

I put washers under 3 of 5 of the lugnuts. Ive welded small centers in a couple Buicks and they welded in just fine, I dont know about the rumors of them being pot metal. Ive never lost a due to a rim either. But I generally only run bonestock and limited welds. I looked at some today at work and they are not pot metal. |

What about weld in centers and dually wheels? Offset would tuck tires in and be less likely for a direct hit.
