Ron that would be great, the car ran perfect before it sat for the winter. When I put gas tank/battery in it a couple weeks ago is when it didn't start and that was before I even touched the solenoid. Once I found no spark I traced back to the coil. I took a test light to the plug going to coil and the test light lit up, so I assumed coil is next in line and I had no spark from coil plug to distributor. Replaced with new coil and now have orange spark. If you could take a pic and show me what all wires run to your solenoid, a pic of your battery and what runs to it an a pic of your coil that would be really awesome. I have to have something not hooked up or backwards.

if you have spark at the center tower on the cap while cranking,,, with a good cap and rotor,, you will have spark at the 8 cap terminals ,,,
now,,, with a known good wire and spark plug grounded to the block,, you will see the plug fire,,
what did the spark plugs look like,, ?
