I ended up using a 195/65??/14. Cut the bead off. Worked pretty well. Doughnut tire works well in a 5.00-15. Might try that

I just stuffed a 27 skid with a 195/65. And I have 2 bulges, ow should I get them out? Or are they okay to leave.

Once I got a tub in it, the bulges went away! Would recommend this size to all who tube it.

Running in my first stock class next year and the rules for two different places say that doubling or tubing tires is ok but they have to be car tires. How is that done? Thanks for any info. Im stuffing my 30. 9.5 r 15s with 215 45 r 16. And filling the gaps with cut tubes to make them more solid. Seems stiff so far at low psi .i will let you knoe how they run on Sat

Hey guys,
I've read as much as I can on this thread for my attention span lol. I have to double tires for a stock derby or two.from what I read I should stuff my tires like this? If anyone can confirm I'd appreciate it before I go and try to find tires to stuff in the main tires. Going by the 2 size smaller rule or what would u reccomend? Don't want any bulges in them and don't want them looking super flat.
235/75/15 needs a 215 or 205/75/15 225 needs a 205 75 25 or 195 65 15 215 needs a 195 65 15 or 185 65 15?
Any help is appreciated !

Tire manufacturer can matter as some 205-75-15s (or insert your tire size here) don't all have the same dimensions.
