it might have already been answered but I was wondering what people are using to double the 23-8.5-14inch skid tires. Any help would be great.

Got some 8-14.5 mobile home tires for steer tires. Going to put on a 14" rim but want to double them to be safe. What's the best you all think for the inner tire? Thanks

Looking at doubling a set of 7.00x15's. I found some 205/75/D15 tires. These should fit even though they aren't R15, correct? From what I understand the D is just a trailer rated tire?

D just means bias ply instead of radial...but a 205 seems pretty short for doubling up a 7.00

Well dang it that's what everything on this thread says to use. I'll make sure to measure ID/OD before I start wrestling it in there.

Just doubled a set of 7.00 this week. Used 205/75-15 worked good for us.

I guess I could be wrong. I have never doubled 7.00s. If it worked for other people then should be fine
