I tend to go with 74-78 Chrysler front or rear bumpers hardnosed to the front of a doba but any full steel boxed bumper will work

the B body Fury/Coronet/Monaco front bumpers with a full steel front and back are among the best Mopar bumpers IMO, much better than any year Cordoba or Magnum Whats the range of years for those b body bumpers?

Gonna build a double rear frame 76 doba over winter... will my shocker 360 work with that oil pan or have to swap it out? Also, seen 2 dobas win around here this year, both have had down bars from the dash bar (only to the floor can't to frame) is that helping a lot? Both have also had the halo bars going thru the back window instead of sucked to the back seat like I normally do, is there more going on there than just a halo bar? It'll have a 74 imperial bumper on the front mounted directly to the frame, would it be good to extend the shocks out to go back to the k member and weld them to the inside of the outside of the frame? K member will be bolted solid and a arms forward frame seems welded... the backend ill have an 8 3/4 in it, gonna dish the trunk down low and chain the humps and also have a rear window bar and 2 added leafs per side... anything else I should really be paying attention to? Hoping to win my hometown show with it next year

can you flat stack the leaves and relocate them to directly under the frame rails? Combine that with chained humps and a canoe job on a double frame doba and the back end will be mean

I think a pointy may be too much for the front of a doba with your rules Travis. Look how bad Joes Mott car was bellied. You go out swinging hard and yours will go even faster with that much more bumper. Just my thoughts, but I would run a little less bumper for Association rules on a B-body car. A c-body (shocker), I wouldn't hesitate to run the pointy.

gran fury has the 2 holes in center, royal monaco was the big single hole.... sold my preran flat to Gene that moved to Mott from Cody Wyoming, he brought his car here with just the tin bumper on it
