the B body Fury/Coronet/Monaco front bumpers with a full steel front and back are among the best Mopar bumpers IMO, much better than any year Cordoba or Magnum Well I wouldn't say better than ANY doba bumper ...umm "better than any doba bumper that isn't stuffed with pipe"....

Come on Dm440c, I figured you would already know the deal with them "certain dobas/chargers". Looking at them run for years now, with a little welding or alot whatever your prefer they will and have most of the time held up alot better than 74 impalas/ and mopar flats and some pointys here in utah. Not alot of people run them and do not know about them, but when they do they know what they got.

Doba bumpers suck, without some welding and a couple pieces of added iron.

I do know what you mean about certain years, yes some are better than others but I guess for whatever reason they haven't impressed me as much in durability as they have impressed other people. I've been more impressed by the early Coronet/Fury bumpers. JMO

just picked up a roscoe, i have noticed that the front tires sit much closer to the rear fender than they do on a doba or r-body, does this seem to cause any problems.

this area right here according to my measurements seems to have a smaller distance on the roscoes with the same size tires.

I thought they used the same front sheet metal for the 2 & 4 door cars, guess I'll have to take some measurements to find out
