Sedans 1975-1979 Chrysler Cordoba 1974-1978 Dodge Charger* 1974-1975 Plymouth Road Runner* 1973-1974 Plymouth Satellite* 1973-1976 Dodge Coronet* 1976-1978 Dodge Monaco 1975-1978 Plymouth Fury 1978-1979 Dodge Magnum 1979-1981 Chrysler New Yorker 1979-1981 Chrysler Newport 1979-1981 Dodge St Regis 1980-1981 Plymouth Gran Fury 1979 Chrysler 300
wagon model names I'm a little fuzzy on, but there were Dodge and Plymouth B body wagons from 1973-1978 which would have the same tips in this thread to apply to their front ends only. Look in the Mopar wagons tips thread for info about the back. Models should include names like Crestwood, Suburban, Coronet, Monaco, and Fury.
* some 1973 & 1974 models maintained a similar body style of the 1971-1973 models but these transition years occasionally had the chassis features (K frame design) of the later B body cars. The best way to tell at a glance is to look at the engine mounts... if it is the spool type then it belongs in this tips thread, if it is the "rubber biscuit" type then look in the "1972 & older pinch frame cars" tips thread

What's the best way to do the trunk on a 76 doba. The trunk pan is rusty so I figured I would wedge it down as far as I could. Maybe it will keep people from wanting to hit it but im open for any ideas. Thanks

Well its not a shocker.its basically a 4 door cordoba . and 300 is more than scrap anywhere in Wyoming. We get low ball prices for that stuff because it has to be shipped.

make sure you keep the front frame rails together, hardnosing does this. Can chain k frame, if you put an impact on both ends of a strong enough bolt it will pull the front pretty close to tight if you can't weld. Or you can cut metal out and put rubber back in and suck the mounts down, or put hockey pucks in there, or I have seen the shocks mounted on the inside of the frame rails to make it bend at the firewall like a full weld version, just depends on your rules. Find those out, and we can give you better info.

So you aren't shortening the frames in the front? I understand the shocks inside the frame thing though. I will definitely hard nose this car if I get it. Also is a Monte Carlo bumper better that one of these fury bumpers? I have a fresh one and a fresh doba bumper that is the better older style one. I thinking Monte on the front doba on the back

I hope this works LOL because it's bolted to the floor now no turning back.

the B body Fury/Coronet/Monaco front bumpers with a full steel front and back are among the best Mopar bumpers IMO, much better than any year Cordoba or Magnum Well I wouldn't say better than ANY doba bumper
