Ignition control module. That sounds stupid but I was working on one of them.one time and tried everything and nothing worked and the guy ended up taken it to a garage and that's what it was.

So nothing holds the tire on the top besides the shock rod on this cavy wagon, what y'all do to keep it from bending, also what the preferred way to weld the suspension on front, I've ran a few just trying to hear new ideas, besides taking a door shot

Jack it up amd weld the strut. Just don't jack it up the whole way.

I've ran a lot of cavis. And seen hundreds run. They can go down but the trunk is do short that it doesn't effect anything. I left the rear bumper on a few amsir went into the tires but packed in so far that it eventually cleared them... An cool to see cavi nation being mentioned here. I started the first one but deleted it when my Facebook got stolen. The first one at least. I see there is another one.🤣

Ran a Saturn L series wagon this year an got a win with it. It came with a 2.2l ecotec and the thing was hard. Had a 5 speed and it was devilishly quick.Ran it bone stock. I called it a bubble cavi wagon. Built it like a cavi an it held up great. I smashed the core support into the oil filter an it ran for about ten minutes with no oil. These ecotecs are great motors an I would definitely put one head to head with the 2200.

With the right driver and tips a think cavis can be every bit as competitive as Hondas. More competitive cause they don't have those weak pencil spindles... I've beat Camrys, accords, and lumina's with my cavis. A lot of it is how you drive and how I do my cv axles. The look on people's faces when they lay my strut over an my tire still spins is priceless 🤔🤣🤣🤔🤣

All I run is cavys. I just battled it out with a camry 2 weeks ago and won. Ppl say they are junk but I disagree. But most of the square body cavys and corsicas I have seen that was not tucked went down. Now as for the bubbles no just take the bumper off and smash spare tire area up and they seem to do fine.

I know the bubbles are not that way though. I have alot of feature wins from cavys.

Wanted to say thanks guys, ran my sunfire using all the info I got here and car held great, made a few mistakes like the 5-14 on doughnut rims was not a good idea, used lawnmower tires on the rear but track and muddy on both run so back just dug in and I got stuck and with back being so low it just went down despite the notches lol I did experiment with swapping axles with a 02 sunfire but axles needed cut down and I just ran out of time. Another piece of advice I didn't read on here that I advise everyone to do is weld washers over strut mounting holes where knuckle bolts on, tore those holes on both struts first run and same happened with my nephews bonestock.
