here's a set of 12in rims I welded in some astro van centers in with a set of 23in tall loaders 12 ply. More tire less rim is why I'm goin with 12 on my fullsize.

NO FRONT BRAKES FOR ME FOR OVER 20 YEARS.....PONDER THIS, YOUR FRONT WHEELS HAVE TO BE ROTATING TO STEER........ IF YOU LOCK UP YOUR FRONT BRAKES AS SOMEONE IS PUSHING YOU, YOU WILL HAVE NO STEERING.... I RUN A SINGLE MASTER FROM A 63 IMPALA WITH THE POWER BRAKE BOOSTER. YOU HAVE TO MACHINE A SMALL SPACER TO FIT INTO THE INNER BORE OF THE MASTER BUT IT WORKS VERY WELL. NO FRONT BRAKES, AND I CUT THE CALIPER BRACKETS OFF THE SPINDLE AS WELL.....

Will Buick rallys fit in an '80s 2wd truck? I know the bolt pattern is the same, but what about the center hub?

Driveline brake solves that problem easily. Very easy to make a brackets for the brake. Whether rules say bracing axles tubes or no bracing it can be done.

I know about the weld in center. The rim wont fit over the drum. What kind of car you putting it on? Maybe that will help with understanding why yours don't fit.
