Those compact rules allow for a pretty good car I felt all were pretty legit or close but however I don't agree with the "carb protectors" that go from the firewall to the core support I feel there should be some limits there

it's interesting that the rules "favor the FWD" and even though the FWD entries far outnumbered the RWD it was the RWD that dominated the qualifying and dominated the podium for the second year in a row... If I were planning to compete in this class I know what I would be building.

Did anyone else buy a "booster-pack" @ the swap meet? If so does it work??...I wondered why they were so cheap but took a chance anyways, the light says it's 'charged' but nothing!?!

Good show as always. Just wanted to give a THUMBS DOWN to the toolbag that wanted MY stadium seats in the grandstands more than i did. Karma will get ya. Guess there was at least one no good thief that was present at this show.

Guess there was at least one no good thief that was present at this show. There is always one, no matter where you go. God, Karma, Ala, the universe, a cow, or whatever you believe in, will take very good care of them eventually. Either way there's a nice warm place in hell waiting for them.

I'm really bummed out that demolition mission stopped videoing the bash. I realize the amount of effort to film everything, and upload to YouTube, but it was really cool to rewatch everything on YouTube within a week after the bash, especially the walk through of the car lineups for each day.

From watching Mitches videos and talking to fallingskystwice are the reason I go watch. His videos are awesome and imo helped bring drivers and spectators. I don't run and I like his preludes and videos of heats.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! Bash was fun to go to and film but has grown in size a lot since I first started filming it. The heats/features have become so long now in some classes that I would use up an entire memory card just for 1 feature. But I usually run out of battery life before memory cards. Currently I have about enough battery packs to film 6-7 straight hours. To film the entire bash weekend I would need to most likely triple my battery count. Which is a large investment for high end cameras.
I may go to bash again in the future, but only to camp and be a spectator. For the time being, I've been saving my bash money (tickets, camping, food, booze, hookers) to spend on other projects.
