Hats off to the whole smash it crew. It's amazing how you have that many cars/ classes and still have a show run that smoothly. Thank you for giving these kids a place to run a actual car. This was our first smash it show and what a great experience.

Congratulations to Trent Braun winning the TBTC class again. I have nothing but respect for the Braun's. They are great guys and extremely sportsmanlike. The have extremely well built cars and drive very well. I gave everything my POS car had to help try to stop them. I just didn't have no where near enough. I definitely had a blast this weekend. I can't wait for next year.
Russ, get well soon. I really missed talking to you this year. My prayers will continue. God bless you my brother.

The Carolina crew and Cioppas giving it to the Brauns made the show this weekend. You just can't do much with the numbers against you, but you put on a good show 121. Hope to see all of you next year, and hopefully this opens some eyes up that if you hit someone in the heats and early in the feature, they may not be there in the end. |

But one of the Brauns won...... That's in part because of the number of them to start with. The one that really didn't get jumped on to hard was the one that stayed clean long enough to make it to the end. Those guys are great builders and drivers any way you cut it. They're at the end every year for a reason and it ain't just dumb luck. It's gonna take more then a few guys deciding to get after them to keep them down. It was nice to see guys stand up and not back down from the challenge though. That's really the formula to beat the top guys if they have numbers. You just need to get more guys on board with ya ahead of time. Maybe snag a few drivers from the joker class. ..lol |

I'm sure "smash it" will post all winners soon - great action at bash this year ! Tbtc and 3 wire heats were awesome- hats off to 80s kicker but damn them fronts never bend -awesome vendors especially the "Millers" and Brian's machine shop- golf carts were necessary but put a stop sign in vendor area- I'm sure food vendors dnt want there line drove thru - good job to smash it tim keeping action moving and hope Russ gets well soon - lots of complaints on $ admission $ but  - and Hinen's cars not bending -002 was awesome to watch - anyways good job to ppl i know like to youth Dady boys finishing 1st and 4th and to Jim Dady winning 1st in a wire class - nice build to tony miller in compacts - barbers and Hatfield and roger rafferty lil bad luck in wire and 80s- but way to show up - as usual sweet tbtc builds ( what most go for ) n.c. To Pittsburgh put on a show - #2018 b4c ! |

great show my 2nd yr there watchin and glad i decided to go just wish they would of gave out a maddog in youth class like the those kids were getting it done just like the the other classes

in my opinion best class there modified boring to watch .maybe take the rules back 5 years drop the price on builds. and up the purse it could bring some car counts back.lol

And I only have one complaint. Make a curfew for people to drive golf carts, Me and my son was trying to sleep in our tent Friday night and was almost ran over by several carts that was being drove by drunk people. It was getting ridiculous to the point where we couldn't keep our tent up, so we slept in the bed of my truck. Please consider this smash it. Other then that, I'd say the show was a success.

I seen people doing.donuts and stuff on them,only.prove who need carts there are vendors, 20 years ago at derbys we didn't.have carts ,we walked like normal people,that's just my opinion tho
