Are you guys running the factory trailing arms on the boxcar vics? thanks I think all rear control arms should be reinforced. For stock builds where modifications are not allowed, I run Ford lowers and GM uppers. I have had several stock Ford uppers rip right off. JMO

A pressure line from an E150 van , 1990 model with a 4.9 liter (300) inline 6 cyclinder uses a gm style saginaw pump ... A little tweaking to the steel line and it fits right up.

Anyone have a picture or two of leaf spring mounting on a Watts car, not sure where/how to best mount the front of the leafs? Would be much appreciated, thanks.

besides ordering a $150 brake pedal is there anything I can do to move my brake booster and master cylinder on my 79 thunderbird? my headers are right up against it and no room for the lines going into the master cylinder..??

Take the booster off and mount the master cylinder directly...you have to have a master cylinder

Take the booster off and mount the master cylinder directly...you have to have a master cylinder I guess I didn't describe what I was doing very well.. the master cylinder was still plumbed into the brake lines, it was just hanging there and not connected to the booster, the rod that goes through the booster to push into the master cylinder wont be there if I just mount the master cylinder, the rod is not connected to the pedal it goes through the booster, maybe I'm wrong but I'm not seeing how taking the booster out will work?

you have to make the rod hit the master cylinder from the pedal and make a bracket to just run the master cylinder...or you can buy a brake booster eliminator plate

Im sure alot of you know this but I have just found this out. I have a 96 vic and im switching out the steering box to an 80s ford steering box because the box fords have better steering boxs, the pitman arms are different the 96 bolts to the draglink on the bottom and 80s box bolts on the top and the hole in the draglink on 96 vic steering will not fit. Should I A. Drill the hole out bigger to fit B. Change the steering linkage assembly to the 80s box style
