I haven't seen anything about 1970 eldorado. Are they similar build or not

Any one know if the frames on these are a similar width to the rwd gms of the same era?

Just by looking at them I think they are narrower but I have no idea

The radiator support is narrower so Id assume the front rails are too. But Ive never measured one. What are you trying to do?

Using the front of an ElDorado/Toronado to stub a rwd gm in the future.

It will fit. Measured a 71 Olds 98 frame to see if it would fit in the rear. Obviously the holes may not be right in same place but if your building a red out of fwd then your not running stock class

I know this is an old thread but I am running a 73 eldorado this Saturday at a stock show. I bout have the car ready to go but I am kinda lost on the front axles. What can I do to help or fix them from breaking? I have never ran one or even seen one in the last long while. Any help would be greatly appreciated or any other tips on the car in general. I have read all the info here just wanting to make a good showing with a mostly uncommon car in my area. Thanks all!
