Ok so go with the vic bumper then c4? Also rules say I can weld cage to frame, where would be some good spots to do this, being the back 2 tieing in the front leaf mounts Our semi stocks are seam welded from center of a-arms forward. There aren't many seams to weld on a Vic bumper, but it's worth the time to do it if you can. To me, with our semi stock rules, which includes 6 one inch allthread for hood bolts and welding bumper to bracket and bracket to frame, the Vic bumper seems just right for a car under about 2900# curb weight, and can usually get scrapped along with the car. Get over that 2900 pound mark & the Vic bumper just isn't enough. We've tried them on W's, Taurus' and on full size, and they just don't hang in, but I love them for sub-compacts (Mustang, Gremlin, Cavalier, etc.). Just opinion based on my own experience.
