Push through roof up as high as it will go, and push the trunk/speaker deck as low as it will go. Plate and weld.

Not sure if its the right spot... Preheat radiator hose ends prior to installation on necks.. Easier to fit on.. shrinks down to retaing shape of neck. grabs hold better.. not much heat.. just a little..

So planning on running my first stock class car next year and I've herd about a million different terms that people call cold bend/cold tilt...what is the actual meaning and proper way to do it? I've herd everything from just forcing big spacers in the core support to ya cut a piece slice out by the cross member...any info on this is appreciated.. everywhere I look nobody really says much about it.

Tilting refers to modifying a frame to make the front frame rails level with the ground. COLD tilting particularly means doing it without cuts/welds (tie down frame and jack under it).. What kind of car

What kind of car 80s Ford...I know how to tilt been doing it for years on my mod cars but everyone I ask about cold bending/tilting tells me 100 different things...I thought it was just putting bigger spacers between the 4 crush box mounts and core support but like I said ive been told that's wrong and thats right

No it’s just like regular tilting but you don’t cut the frame and re weld, u just pull frame down and support with the cross memeber angle iron, or atleast that’s what we do

So lift the frame up in the front, put block where ur cross memeber should be, winch it somehow pull the front frame down until it’s level just like regular tilting, where u bent the frame, put you angle iron for ur crossmember

Can you replace the engine cradle bolts with bigger ones with washers? This will be my 2nd derby and last year I got out quickly when my cradles pulled out of the subframe
