that 2nd one ( bent down ) sure looks like a 74-76 pontiac front bumper to me, never seen a 70s ford bumper look like that, unless the angle is whats getting me I've always had decent luck with 74-79 bumBers...... Till this year. I broke one in half ( turned out rust was the reason) other bent down real hard. -broke in half- -bent-

Runnin a 77 LTD front bumper on my 94 Town Car next summer. It will be my first run with a ford bumper we'll have to see how it goes I ran one seam welded un stuffed on a 96 weld tilted and hardnosed. It was better than I expected. It bent in front and behind the control arms and torque boxes but the bumper stayed relatively straight. I think stuffed it would be a very good bumper.

MY favorite bumpers, just soft enough in the corners to do no frame damage on a corner shot, and hard enough in the middle to do the job, i have ran them on limited weld cars and full weld cars, they have held up great on all of them.

The biggest thing the 77-79 cougar/ tbird/LTDII bumpers dont like is when the car goes hard in front of the a arms...... but then again... all bumpers will twist and turn when this happens lol

I've tried a couple Ford bumpers, I tried a 76 LTD bumper first and killed it on a metric GM.
Second was a 74 Elite bumper on a bubble vic... MUCH better bumper than the LTD Imo.
