How many leafs u run? Where are they breaking? Do you got rear chained down ? Clamps on leafs? Or duct tape them atleast?

How many leafs u run? Where are they breaking? Do you got rear chained down ? Clamps on leafs? Or duct tape them atleast? My first set was four leaf. Second set was five. Both times they broke in front, right behind garment that bolts to frame. The springs it's self is snapping

The first couple of years of the Volare/Aspen cars had steel bumpers, they switched to aluminum in '78 or 79. Here's some pictures.... I also posted them in the FMJ pics. I don't know if the bumper was too soft, or the front of the car was too hard, but like I said, I ran mostly with the front. In the videos I can only see one or two real hits with the ass, other wise I was trying to drive through a like 77 Ford. back seems to be rolling nicely. Bumper...

I have a 80 cordoba. Cut and jacked the bumper shocks up as far as I could and put bolts in to hold it. Do you think it will still go down or? Shocks are pointing straight out

Back when we ran dippy’s we didn’t have a rear bumper at all and flat stacked. Fronts bend pretty good but that’s derby. Fairly stock build btw

Should remove the hood latch Bryce so it doesn't get shoved through radiator. Move Electronic box on inner fender. Trim front fenders off for steering Jmo

Do you got wire or chain from hump to rearend on each side? An I'd trim the rear bumper up Lil on ends

move what wiring you can, and zip tie+wire tie everything together. also, if those are fuel lines resting against the headers...please, please move them.
