How wide is the factory rearends in these? Looking at a stock class curious if my compact rearend will fit in it.

I know a 9” from 70s ford truck is 60” if I remember right and it stuck out 3 or so inches on both sides

I am running a 85th ave in a wire class I can hard nose the front but curious on how to do so. Do you guys remove the side shocks or ? I remove them and slide them back until flush with frame rails and then put big bolt back in so it looks stock
