I was attempting to keep the leafs in a straight line with the frame rail. I would need to look again maybe it is better in the trailing arm mount. I would need to weld on one side because of a tear encounter (due to rust). Frame itself is pretty flaky and it had a brake line breakage at some point. There is a spot in the frame that had to be patched.

What are your shackle rules? It's very easy to make your own. Can you have down tubes?

Mount them inside the frame and run a bolt all the threw the frame in the front all u have to do is drill the outside hole threw the trailing arm hole and cut the bottom of frame around hole that's already there and make it a square hole

I looked at the trail arms....I am equal with them where they are but straight inline with the frame now. As for shackle rules one year he wouldn't allow me to run a crown vic because the bolt hole of the leaf spring was pinned next to the frame. You can't weld the shackle on at all.

Duct tape. Lots of duct tape. After inspections if you are allowed, if u wrap it first theyll probably make you cut it off to see

I just looked at the rules. They do not say that you can releaf anymore. I will just assume that you can I guess.

On the 90's and newer wagons has anyone considered notching the body at the back like a frame instead of beating the body down to try and get them to fold in correctly. Im going to run a bone stock show allowing no body creases but the rules also say anything can be removed nothing can be added. Just curious if anyone thinks this would work or has tried it. Im thinking of cutting a 4 or 6 by 4 or 6 inch section out on both sides at the same area the roof will be bent up to get it to roll in and not plow down.
