Started doing bodywork when I was 14. Still doing it at 50. Was not my plan. Life is funny like that sometimes.

Im not missing. I’ve just about quit derbing. Bought a house, an RV, and have have been dealing with crazy women, insaine family members, and I have some health issues. Im 50 and just not as into it as I was. Im not making excuses. Life gets in the way sometimes.

Steering stops are the only way to save steering boxes. Period. Once they are forced past their mechanical limits. They break.

I have always had the local transmission guy rebuild mine. Never had an issue except the filter falling off once. Added a washer or something to prevent it from ever happening again.

You WIN!!! I ordered a set of these and got them today.... Very nice and half the price of the Moroso i recommended....(If they fit nice) going to try tonight Isn’t the 9766m BB? Just a little longer I assume. I tripped over this thread and happen to need to order some soon. I saw the 9767m were sbc but I assume they are a little shorter and didn’t want to run into them being that little too short Yes the BB are a little longer. That's what you want.

I run Mobil 1 in everything except an old engine. They weren't made for it.
