Is there anything to prevent both big car classes from being essentially an 80's and up Vic class? I'm a bit worried that it will be 80's x 2 classes. Maybe I'm reading it wrong but if I was running the TBTC class there is no incentive to bring an old school car anymore effectively killing the class.
An appetite for destruction is more than an awesome album.

That is unless "metric car" pertains only to GM 1977 and up. If it pertains to all makes then Im forecasting a ton of Vics taking over TBTC. Asking not to cause trouble-I just really like the previous format and value the old school rides.

I have a question about the last line of rule 18 in the Frank the Tank rules. "Bumper brackets cannot be welded to frame." Does this mean the bumper shock?

I have a question about the last line of rule 18 in the Frank the Tank rules. "Bumper brackets cannot be welded to frame." Does this mean the bumper shock? You can weld around shock and you can weld bumper to shock plate you can not weld any of the bumper bracket to the frame in any way

As i type this im speaking on behalf of the "Frank the Tank" class. With no notching/dimpling the rear frame or any rear body enhancements i forsee ALOT of cars plowing/exploding in the rear thus not lasting long at all and not being near as good of a show for the fans as it could be. I don't think that they realize that a simple notch/dimple or a tuck or wedge will not make the cars any stronger but more or less simply make our investment fold better which = lasting longer which = better show for the fans which = happier fans to return in the years to follow due to getting their moneys worth and more drivers to return due to getting more seat time for all of our time/money/work invested. After all...even with just those simple things the class would still be plenty "Stock" enough. Just my 2 cents.
