i kinda agree JIVES53, should be a limit too it !!! i believe the camp sites are too small to start with , ( packed in like sardines) . great facilities , had a blast !!! great show . will be goen next year !! strong believer that golf carts only should be allowed. and NO riding of carts , rzr's anything through vender area , they made a cluster f#@#@ of things at times with people trien to walk. but all with said it was a blast , hat goes off to all that put it on ! ( promoters , drivers , venders )

Agreed with both of you BOOTER29 and JIVES53 hard to sleep when people are flying by your camp at 2am. Also the sights are VERY tight could be better marked or just bigger. Does anyone know what happen to Jr7 from michigan he ran in the last or second to last tbtc hest he just backed up and was done but drove off the track. Great show looking like I'll be returning next year.

It lasted longer than I thought it would. Outlasted a few cars. It had a lot of nice parts as always, but not really built to compete. -- the compact looked built better than the wagon, sucks the bumper came off though.
Anyone have video of hinen getting flipped? Getting a pm saying it wasn't a door hit..but literally over 100 people around me were yelling BS throw him out etc....
Also, except for the 80s feature (because of mother nature) this was one hell of a show.

I give all the credit in the world to The Mad Russian, seems like he was the only driver who didn't want to see a Braun win this year.

Congrats to the compact class winners. Chops and Logsdon both were driving the heck out them on the end. Nice to see all the 2.3 engines still running strong when the luminas get hot and give out. Every class was well worth watching this year. Great job drivers for building stout cars and putting on a great show!! Lots of junk made this year

first time going to bash for cash and will definitely be going back next yr...congrats to tim and the rest of the smash it crew and to all the drivers for putting on one helluva show...I agree with some of the other peoples comments on about the atv's and golf carts being out in the vendors area they should not be allowed out there with all people walking around and what not...and maybe its me some the the skid steer guys clearing the track had no idea how to run there machines the 3 guys that had track models were great the 2 skid loaders the NH's I think were abit slow I know they just had tire models but were abit slow in my opinion

I had an awesome time as usual bending steel with some of the best. Too big of jets in my carb gave me grief all weekend and resulted in me ruining my transmission. It was because I was banging gears while trying to keep it running and constantly refiring the car while still in gear. All self inflicted wounds. I never mind getting my ass kicked by the competetion but I hate loosing by somthing of my own doing. Obviously I need to find an empty field somewhere to do some test and tune before going to the derby next year. Oh well it was allot of fun and I will definitely be back again next year.

Too big of jets in my carb gave me grief all weekend and resulted in me ruing my transmission because I was banging gears while trying to keep it running and constantly refiring the gar while still in gear. All self inflicted wounds. I never mind getting my ass kicked by the competetion but I hate loosing by somthing of my own doing. Oh well it was fun and I will be back next year. I was the guy in the rust belt relic blue impala in the joker class, I backed up at the word go and was pretty much out after getting hit a few times. Kind of the same scenario I threw the car together and as a result beat myself...ended up breaking my distributor cap because I didn't cut my firewall out enough. Oh well live and learn. For some reason I tend to root for you out of state guys (stromi, Jo Jo, mad Russian, cioppas etc...) rather than my home state peers so congrats to all of you for making the trip and putting on a show! I hope I get to your level in the near future and be able to compete with you veterans, I really look up to you guys. And I'd also like to say thanks to the cioppas, Toby, the guys from Florida and everyone else who came up to me and my car expressing their safety concerns, I'm sure the 2×8 on my floor board wasn't very reassuring lol. It means a lot telling me you don't want to see me (or anybody) get hurt out on the track. I'll be back next year for the joker class hopefully with a cleaner and more prepared car so I can put on a show for all the die hard derby fans. See y'all next year!! -Grease

Just walked in the door and wanted to get on here and give a big THANK YOU to all drivers and fans that came out to the show. With out all of you there are no derby's to watch, or run. Moving to a new venue this year we knew that there would be growing pains all things stated above can and will be fixed moving forward. The Joker old school wire class was a huge hit once again it was nice to see the women in that class being as competitive as anyone along with the new faces from New York. I think the changes we made to the show with the mad dogs along with a couple of rules changes in the 80 kicker class worked. I have to thank all of my staff without them I couldn't do the event and a special thanks to Big rock products, Nerat slider shafts, derbytees, and DEC headers they have supported this show from the beginning. The weekend was beautiful until the monsoon hit right before the bigrock / nerat class feature it took a while to get the track ready for the class but we did get it finished. The guys in that class hats off to you the guys really stepped up this year and then to have to run in the horrible conditions at the end but none of us can tame mother nature. We will get all results posted on here in a couple of days.
