Just wondering if any of you guys have tried this yet. I am sure someone has. Just behind the a-arms where the frame turns down. What do you think.

You can but not like that... Suck the back body mounts right and space at the firewall and core support

You want to repeat that! I am not quite understanding the wording there.

Suck your back body mounts tight... Then put a spacer at the firewall and the core support... Will bring it down in front

Gotcha! That can't get you all that much though! How many inches does that give you? I was thinking of playing around with the idea of sucking the sub frame tight at the fire wall and rear mounts. Maybe even adding two extra mounts. Then jack it up and put jack stands right at firewall and just make 6 simple cuts. Let it drop and weld the spaces back in grind of smooth. What do you think?

Wont that just pull the body up? Here we go again lol...grab the back of the sub pull up ...the front of sub will tip down. Then u bolt back sub mount tight and jack up body and that's how u set your pitch of the sub and figure out how much space u need at fire wall and bolt tight with spacers re Pete at core support...did it on a shocker and everything just pushed straight in and idk if I like it.....? I did it on a shocker... Put a pointy on it... And three hits later it was in the air... Not a fan of it at all, and seen several go down from trying it...

Wont that just pull the body up? It's like a teeter totter... The firewall is the pivot point...

I've had luck with tipping it and just keeping it stock . Haven't seen a difference

Doing that pitches the body not the frame doesn't help anything.have to actually bend frame to change the pitch just fords

Plus in a y framer a lot of the strength is the sheet metal u want that sucked as tight to the sub as possible

agreed on sucking tight... but ive done measurements on the shockers and I will beg to differ that it does change the pitch of the frame
