That buick will not have plastic inner fenders, that would be the olds cars. They will be metal. It will have a 455/400 in it, so it should have a 12 bolt as well. There is a good chance it will also be a tow package car. The front ends on a buick are just as hard as a chevy even with a '74 chevy bumper on it. The big body buicks & olds have pretty good front ends, I wouldn't be afraid to take one nose to nose with a chevy and I've ran enough big body cars & a few chevy's, I'd take the big body anyday. NOT ALL 76 ELECTRAS HAVE THE 455, YOU COULD HAVE ORDERED A 76 ELECTRA LIMITED AND OPTIONED THE BUICK 350 IN PLACE OF THE 455. I HAVE OWNED MANY, ALL FACTORY JOBS.... |
