i dont have a pic right now but basically all you do is go inside your car and under the speaker deck it humps up for the wheel wells, blow a couple holes in there and wrap a chain around that and the rearend and tighten it down. or you could do pretty much the same thing closer to the end of the rearend and wrap it around the frame itself.

They will still blow with chain alone though....best way I have found is a somewhat flat short stack 3/8 chain with a big u bolt my car last year I tried my chain setup and stock springs my humps blew a little but it didn't tepie or go to the ground just kind of accordioned strait in played hell on my shackles though.

Yes they will still blow but it should stop it from teepeeing straight into the air

...or at least slow it down. Certainly is better than no chain in this regard.
I feel it has a more dramatic positive effect when paired with a stiff leaf pack than with a stock pack or flat stack, but I feel it is always going to help at least a little.

Okay question here? I lifted the rear end or the car. Cut holes abouve the humps and chainedthe rear I had the rear pumpkin jacked up. Chains were very tight. After I lowered the car the chains were extremely loose! Wtf? Any help would help

When it comes time to finally junk it, and if the rear of the car is up on blocks/jack stands; make sure you're nowhere near the suspension when you release the pressure on those chains. Had some extremely close calls with that in my earlier days and it will certainly wake you up when the suspension drops. Better off releasing them with the car still sitting flat on the ground.

Added som oversized washers and it sucked it tight but now the rear bumper is 5 inches off the ground

Put the car on ramps so you can get under it, put a bunch of weight on the trunk and tighten up the chains.You need the vehicle to be on its wheels then whatever weight you put on it will set the ride height.
