Can I run the stock A-arms and spindels on my 2000 Town Car? And will rotors froma 74 Impala slide on this car using the stock spindels and a-arms? I only have Big Bolt GM rims and I dont wanna buy different rims or swap the tires. I run a pinion brake so I am not using the Calipers on the front... Also, anyone have pictures of how they cut the front frame and attached the front bumper on this car? Would I use the stock bumper shocks or the GM bumper shocks?

This one was shortened..an was hard as hell!, 121 What about in front of the humps? Seems like it would dump there quick. Been thinking about trying it out but that's what worried me. Any tips? Can pm me if you would rather do so that way.

bumper question. ihave a 01 vic seams welded firewall forward, tilted. my question is what bumper to run i have a 76 monte bumber all welded or a 80s ford thats stuffed with 3x4 3/16 tube. i have run the monte on a 99 vic and worked great but that is currently welded on another car and the stuffed one is waiting to be put on. what would you run??

run the stuffed one since it is ready to go...I think you will be happy with the results.
The only thing else I'd say it to just make sure you've got every thing welded up in the skin and stuffing so it doesnt come apart.

I don't care about winning i just want to hit some cars hard and put on a good show if your not going to put ANY money in it go find a mid 80's vic for your first one. you could use stock steering, don't have to change watts rear, good front control arms. the 8.8 rear can be ran welded up but watch the wheel shots. older ones have steel bumpers. jmo 98-02 are bad a$$ when done right. theirs little more involved in building one.

now when I say I'm not willing to put a lot of money into it it doesn't mean I'm gonna put some time into it I'd planned on tilting the front end im putting a Bop 10 bolt in it I do plan on getting the different from bumper for too it's just the easiest car I can get for free what do you have to change in the steering and I think I'll leaf spring it I can get the stuff to do it for free I just wanted to make sure its worth doing

your have to run a aftermarket column in them. the column bolts to the dash so when you take the dash out it comes too. theirs nothing there for your column untill you weld in a cage. then bolt you aftermarket column off it. the older sq body bolt in with dash out. a-arms are ok, i just like changing them over to the older ones. i like them the best just little more involved to build them then the sq bodys. sq bodys all steel, some bubbles have alum hoods n trunks. just check.
