SOMHDT the 80s trucks shouldn't have a D60 in the rear, unless maybe it was a semifloat version and in that case I wouldnt run it in a derby. Generally the 80-84s had D70s and the 85-97s had a Sterling 10.25. The single wheel and cab and chassis version of the Sterling is 65.5" WMS-WMS.I dont exactly remember what the D70 is but it should be somewhere around that as well.

The Dana's maybe 65 even. I just remember the Sterlings are right in the middle of the 14 bolts which are 63.5 for the c&c version and 67.5 for the single wheel version.

Not on the Ford Sterling axles, they are the same for the C&C as the SRW. I'm not sure about the Dana 70s.

Got a question guys I see videos of how guys are welding these 14 bolts through the Lil holes an running them. Any one got pics of how the spider gears come out can't find video. Haven't started pulling the gears yet. If you all think welding in the holes will last I'll got that route but by looking at it don't look like it could hold as well as fully welded spider gears.

Pull it apart, through holes is not enough for me.
Step one remove cover/drain. Step two remove both axles (unbolt from ends) Step three loosen the carrier preload (unscrew the adjusters, make sure to mark beginning location) Step four pull the whole carrier assembly out Step 5 split the carrier (dif assembly) if I recall the ring gear bolts hold it together) Step 6 tack the spiders so that the other half can be placed back on and make sure it goes together easiely Step 7 weld the piss outta it, if needed use fillers again making sure it clears when assembled, grind if neeeded. Step 8 reassemble making sure the carrier preload adjusters go back to original locations

Just welded my 14 bolt last weekend. Once you split the career it's pretty self explanatory

I have a 67" 14 bolt. I need to make shorted to go under a 02 Vic. I'm reading this right that all I need is a set of DRW hubs? Do I also need the DRW axles?

Yes, that's correct. Swapping dually hubs on a SRW axle essentially makes it into a cab and chassis rear. Which both the SRW and cab and chassis uses the same axle shaft itself

Get a decent wheel with a good offset (Mazdas and Nissans are both solid) and its really a non concern.
