Yes, to answer some other questions, I am buying Rochester 2G carb cores, as always. No, there is no specific number to look for based on how GM numbered their carbs. Despite those that have copied mine and then posted on facebook they are looking for this particular or that particular carb number, there are many available cores and part numbers to use for various applications. Bring them, I'll look them over, and pay $5-50 depending on model and condition. Small base Rochester 2 barrel carbs are something you should leave at home, and ones sitting under water for 30 years are probably the same thing.

For those wanting engines freshened and want to bring them to BB to drop off, I have 3 rules starting in 2018-
1) no oil in engine 2) Engine must be on quality engine storage stand like I sold it to you with. If you don't have one, I will there with them in my trailer, but it will cost $40 and you will get that stand with the engine upon completion. 3) $750 deposit -- I am tire of having engines done and sitting in the shop in the spring waiting to get paid for the repair and then rushing to get the engine to the customer the day before they need it. With the deposit, I will get to your engine in the order it was received, fix it, and notify you of the balance due. I will not store your engine all winter and tie up space because it is convenient for you not to have it in your shop.

Talking 1-2 inches of snow overnight here, so my plan to leave to BB tomorrow morning first thing may be delayed a couple of hours depending on roads and weather.
Should still be to Topeka by 5 or 6 pm.

Headed to Lunatic Auction on Saturday in Davenport Iowa. As always, I hate posting prices too early because I like it when the people who rip you off at shows I'm not at suddenly decide to drop their prices when they see mine. So here we go:
No engines available (other than pre-order) - but free shipping with any engine ordered at the auction with 50% down. This is for new build engines only.
Though I haven't had enough carb cores to sell carb and HEI combos in a while (all carbs have been used for new engines orders or customer back ups), I have 5(FIVE) 2G/HEI combos that could be built. $500 shipped to your door. First come, first served. Order at the show or direct, but once those 5 are gone, no idea when they will be available again.
Tires and Tubes:
GR13/14/15 Tubes, $10 each or case of 10 for $80
5.50-15 BKT Forklift 8 ply. $90/each, or if you buy 6+ at a time, $85
23x8.50-14 Carlisle skid, $105
25x8.50-14 Carlisle Skid, $105
27x8.50-15 Carlisle Skid, $90/each or $185/pr
27x8.50-15 Xtra wall Skid, $100
7.00-15 14 ply Forklift, $145
7.00-15 10 ply steer tire, $80
7.00-15 8 ply Mud grip, $90
Doubled tires:
27x8.50-15 Carlisle Skids - $105
25x8.50-14 Carlisle Skids - $130
May have some Doubled 700-15 steers and mud tires, not sure on that yet.
See you there!

For the first time in 16 years, I will miss Mayhem. Still trying to accept it, but with my schedule there just isn't anyway I can make it all work. I now have hearings on Friday to deal with issues before a gory murder trial starts Monday, and my daughter has a softball tourney Friday that will likely be played on Saturday if we get the rain we are supposed to get on Friday. So it is a mess.
For the 5 guys picking up engines, I will ship them to you at my expense. I have contacted most of you already but if you had something specific to get from me, please let me know.
A 16 year record comes to an end. Lots of changes in people, location, and the sport.

Will be at Blizzard Bash Friday afternoon through Sunday morning (weather permitting). Will not be vending but will be there in my trailer having beers with customers and if you need tires, tubes, parts, etc that I may have in my trailer, stop by. I have a bunch of leftover tires from not going to Mayhem, including 5.50-15, 27" skids, 25" skids, some 23" skids, forklift, 7-14 12 ply samson trakers, etc.
Engines: All prices will be going up on Nov. 1. My roller cam and lifter prices have jumped by a couple hundred bucks in the past few months, so we have to increase everything across the board by about $400. I will honor old prices if you put 50% down at the show when you meet with me.
Only one engine available right now that isn't sold already: 350 Stage IV. Engine was totally freshened by me in May, I didn't go to Mayhem and customer is getting out and just wants me to sell it. Totally fresh, new pistons, rings, bearings, etc, standard bore block. New price will be $4000 after Nov. 1, get this one for $3200 delivered to BB.

Sorry, change in plans. Will be late evening tonight or first thing in the morning Saturday when I arrive.
Also, people asked about prices. Just a few quick ones I can remember without looking at my sheet. 5.50-15 bkt are $80, 14" skids are $105, 15" skids are $80 or $90 for the extra wall, I have some stuffed.
Tubes are $75/case of 10 for Carlyle tubes in an FR13/14/15.
Just got in some of the Samson 14 ply 7.00-15 forklifts, $125 each.
Samson 7.00-14 12 ply are $130.
Like I said, this stuff is just in the trailer, I'm not vending but it comes along with me in my rig so there you have it.
YES, buying 2G carbs and intakes, as always.
