Can anyone help me understand why my 2001 civic would start behaving like it's flooding out even though is FI. It revs then stalls, sputters, only seems to do this after it's been running for a bit. Is there a fuse thats dealing with the return selenoid?
It's idles for maybe 2 or three mins then stalls. Nothing out of the return line.

Just Put my stack on my 96 Honda Accord and now it’s starting hard, and runs really rough what could it be? Back pressure?

Followup to my many queries on my 2001 Civic. No one had any ideas from this board. After thinking things through I tee'd the output high pressure line and ran that back to the tank. I put a valve in that line to regulate the pressure going to the fuel rail. The flow of gas keeps the pump cool, it's doen't over pressurize the rail, and the car runs awesome under load or idling. Full accel! Either you all knew this and din't want to tell OR no one knew and some rookie had to come up with my own solution. You guys decide but I got A system to work, $5 valve and I'm up and running. No fancy regulator, no mystery plumbing... I can't be the only Honda guy here how has had to figure out his own fuel system!

I have a 2001 Honda Accord, my question is tire related. I have a set of tractor treads 26inches talk or so but they look like they are going to hit the upper ball joint can’t put them on and try it because on wrong rims. What tires are you all running on these? A link may be helpful. Thank you

Have a v6 Accord that is not getting any spark, I have power to everything but the amperage from the coil to the distributor falls on its face. I’m almost certain I’m not getting spark from the distributor due to low amperage. Anyone have a clue what may be causing an amperage drop? FYI alternator, coil and distributor all just replaced. Have 3 weeks until the derby and just want to finish the car off.

Anyone know about wiring trans for 1st gear? Got car with d light flashing. Put in drive would barely move assume taking off in drive? Pull shifter to first it’s better but still seems like maybe 2nd. I see the solenoids on trans. Is there a way to Hotwire solenoids for 1st gear? I’ve looked for diagrams and can’t find one worth a shit. Any help would be appreciated

I can really help you with motor, never messed with any 6cylinder hondas. But as body wise tuck and notch and prebend trunk. For suspension. Take a look at all 4 corners and all im gunna say is chain an 9 wire will go along way in helping the suspension in a bone stock show. Another thing is look at the front sub/ torsion bars. All I'm gunna say there is metal is stronger then rubber. These cars can be really hard with minimal effort. Just gotta take time and look at the platform.
