I ended up prebending the rear. I used the nose for hits and did little to no damage. I didn't know it but I went to basically a outlaw mini Derby these cars have the roll cage built from front bumper to rear bumper and most of them had v8s and were rear wheel drive had awesome tires and these cars flat-out moved. But I broke the transmission. I got it out now and found the damage and now have a little knowledge on the trans. Th440T4 or later 4T60 In 84-86 the input sprag is very weak. No natural drops and use manual 1 only. Using D will result in a input spag breakage.... ask me how I know... 87-93 used a stronger sprag. .304 to .400 in size. Still breakable 93+ uses a double sprag design. Its the same .400 but instead of being just 3/8 tall its now 1 1/4. So very strong. The 4T60 or 4T60E has a easy to weld differential. Passenger side remove axle and unbolt cover and a little work you can remove it!!!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2T1psIunns&feature=youtu.be

So I got the dash out of my 90 century and now it wont start. It started before and whenever I unhooked wires I rehooked them up when I got the dash out and now it only turns over.
Any ideas?

Does anyone know if hot wiring the coil packs on a 3.8 will work ? Got a donor motor with the carb intake and dizzy but if I can hot wire it's save a bunch of hassle.

How well would a set of 14 inch mud grips fit on a Olds cutlass ciera? I know this post is old but I found a bf Goodrich 195/75R14 for mine. They are 8 ply, not allowed to run implent tires, which is the heaviest DOT legal tire I could find.

It quit on during the demo, not quite sure how to trouble shoot this to find out why it quit without replacing everything that could stop it from running.
