It is a homemade one and had to do a little notching on it to get it to slide down where I wanted it. I don't know if the Robbo ones have that problem or not. Very happy with it in there.

I just bought 5 more pacers so I am going to build a designated drive train for them. It has to be a 4 cyl engine. I have a 2.3 from a 76 pinto. With a cam, head work, and some steep gears do you guys think it will have enough power? Also what gears would you run? Small dry tracks.
Or would another set-up work better?

2.3 with a 3spd would be a good setup 9" rear with a steep gear im going to run a 5.40 gear on a big kinda muddy track with 14" kk a lot of guys like the 4.3 too plenty of power and they don't need much work to make power with them unlike the 2.3

Just a helpful hint when scrounging for parts. A disc brake setup will bolt in place of a drum brake setup without loosening the ball joints.

I was thinking just putting a bolt with 2 big washers thru. Might want to throw a plate inside and underneath also.. Had the same problem with mine.

On those bent A-arms, beat and heat it to form it around the spring bucket so that just enough is hanging out to bolt your spindle on. I also started using box vic spindles. They more or less bolt right on and raise the front end about an inch or two. Add to that an 80's s10 steering box and your really cookin!
