I believe It's a 12 bolt but the axles are different lengths and you can't get gears for them

They have their own rear ends and no gears are available.

If u just run impala cups on the front frame and mount the bumper to the shocks in the cups I will 99% guarantee it will bend a-arms forward still. But that's from my opinion. I'm sure plenty will argue it !

Deffinately not junk...big ass bolt in axles,jus 2.73 gears.need a motor wit power to move that heavy ass car wit factory gears...or u could reduce the tire size a lot on em 121

Are caddy rear axles stronger than 31 spline ford 9 inch axles? IMO yes. ive never broke a caddy axle. ive broke a couple 9in axles, had the main caps break, and grenaded the gears. Other than the lack of gears, caddy is a good axle

Thats the sticking point 2.73 gears just wont cut it for me and I already have a ford 9 inch with 4.10 gears just dont want to go backwards in the strength department.

Do you still have to cut out the firewall and floor for a 360 to fit in.The rules say run a dp can't run a dash bar so not running a dp

Do you still have to cut out the firewall and floor for a 360 to fit in.The rules say run a dp can't run a dash bar so not running a dp That's a scary rule. Surprised they didn't just say the dash bar needs to be 5 inches away from the firewall.
