We would be able to make axle savers, just not sure how to go about it without seeing it.

Yup. Stock chevy truck rotor works. I just cut the rotor off the caddy rotor/hubs. And use the caddy hub , bearings, races, and seals. You need a nut and washer from a truck. The caddy rotor is a littler bigger in diameter. But I never run front brakes so I have no use for a rotor so I just cut them off.

Ok thank you, whats the differences i guess to the truck rotors and caddy ones, would seam easier to use the truck rotors but if there is a benefit I would like to hear it.

Id have to buy a truck rotor, bearings, races, and seals. They come free on the caddy. It's the same part number for the bearings. That's how I figured it out. Plus I like using free parts that I am going to throw away anyways. No difference in strength. Just different diameter on the rotor. You sure make me repeat myself a lot. LOL Seeing as it is the pin that is bending, I don't imagine which rotor really matters anyways. You could run truck rotors and front brakes as well. I cut all that crap off and use the lower ear to weld my steering stop to.

So this guy starts a link an no one ask what car he's building. Pretty sure if I want something to hit me in the waste with bumper I'm going with a 79 up ford with everything suspension wise off a 80s gm only be I'm not putting that money into 4 inch drop spindles when. I can put it in something else more important.

For a caddy, I had pictures if I can find them. Between my desktop crashing, loosing my phone, and photobucketofshit Im not sure. Steering stops are very important. And all lift spindles put a lot of stress on the lower control arms and ball joints. It has to be part of a labor intensive package. It's not plug and play. They have to be mounted backwards for rear steer cars. It throws all the geometry off. You have to change/modify everything to make them work. You also have to have the right set of rules to make nescessary changes. They actually suck but can be made to achieve ride height goals. Im done running them because of the work vs reward.

Right, around here bumper height is 22 to the bottom and with the tricks I know and have learned that is easy to reach with 70’s ford spindles and a arms, wasn’t allowed to do it on my caddy this year but weather or not it says we can or can’t im doing it next year based off of what I saw this year.

Stormi ever shaved a spring bucket to allow the a arm to go down more an kick the spring? We don't have problems with height but I'm curious.
