Is it possible someone can find the rules for the jim falls 2k17 compact chain and bang and post them for me? I can not find anything about them

**Any car we cannot see inside front fenders we will drill and scope for anything added**
1. Compacts 4-Cyl. & 100” Wheelbase or les
2. PREPERATION: All glass, plastic, fiberglass, and chrome moldings must be removed prior to your arrival to the facility. Station Wagon rear floor door must be removed. No broken windows in doors. No flammable materials such as carpets, upholstery or headliners can be left in the car. Cars MUST be clean and free of loose objects inside and in the trunk area. Both rear seats and insulation blanket under the hood MUST be removed also. Dashboards may be removed as well.
3. BODY: NO WELDIND OF INTERIOR SEAMS!!! Wheel wells may be cut up to 3” (max.) to allow for tire clearance. Folder wheel well lip in 1” intervals- you may use bolts; NO welding. (8) Bolts (max.) per wheel well. Sunroofs must be filled with a security fastened sheet. Front lower fender may be cut or folded to allow tire clearance- you may use (2) bolts (max.) NO welding. Rubber body mounts may be removed. Body bolts may be replaced with stock or up to 5/8” (max.) bolts. Bolts may be lengthened to travel though TOP HALF of frame and inside vehicle ONLY, with nuts 3” washers. Only the interior 3” washer (not nuts also) may be welded to inside of vehicle. Equal size flat stock drilled out, as washer is acceptable. NO ADDITIONAL BODY BOLTS MAY BE ADDED ANYWHERE! Rust spots may NOT be fixed.
4. HOOD: 6 hold down by rod chain or wire. Hinges count as two spots if left in Only 2 spots to frame by core support 1" rod max or 36" chain max. Other two spots 3/4" rod max sheet metal to sheet metal by bolting only.
5. TRUNKS/TAILGATE: Trunks may be tucked. But NO WEDGING, or have a WEDGE like effect. Must be secured with either (4) chains, #9 wire, or threaded rods. Threaded Rod’s aren’t to exceed ¾”in diameter. When securing the trunk, ONLY (2) of the (4) trunk attachments can be connected to the vehicle frame. The other (2) must be sheet metal to sheet metal by bolting. When using the threaded rod, the (2) rods going to the frame must remain vertical. Bending around the frame; will be NOT permitted. On tailgates you may weld (2) plates of steel per vertical seam, NO larger than 4”H x 4”L x ¼”Thk. Chains and wires aren’t to exceed 24”L and may NOT wrap around more than (x2). Washers or metal plates may NOT exceed 6”L x 6”W x ¼”Thk. Sedans are allowed, but you may NOT chain or bolt the roof down in any way; and MUST remain free.
6. DOORS: NO welding of interior door seams!!! You may weld the driver’s door around the exterior seam with either 3/8” rod or 3”W x ¼”Thk steel plate. Remaining doors, you can put (2) chains or (2) 4”H x 4”L x ¼”Thk steel plates per vertical seam.
7. WINDSHIELD: Must have (2) chains or (2) steel straps, no wider than 4” running from the firewall to the roof of the vehicle.
8. BUMPERS: Compacts and Mid-Size may replace plastic or aluminum bumpers with a bumper off from a similar make or model of car. Bumpers off from 1979 & newer full size bumpers are permitted, but MUST trimmed to original bumper size. All mounting brackets mounted to the back of the bumper, frame or shocks; may be welded. NO adding any steel!!! NO welding bumpers to the body of the vehicle. Top skin of bumper may be welded to inner bumper structure, but may NOT be stuffed. 21” Maximum bumper height from bottom of bumper to the ground. 14” Minimum bumper height from bottom of bumper to the ground.
9. INTERIOR: With the exception of floor shifters, all holes in the floor MUST be patched. Driver’s seat and DOT approved seatbelts must be securely mounted.
10. CHASSIS: Vehicles MUST have factory stock, upper and lower core supports. No seam welding on core supports. (NO FILLING FRAMES WITH ANY TYPEE OF MATERIAL). Interior bars are HIGHLY recommended. This consist of (1) bar across the dash. MUST remain above factory steering column bracket. (1) Bar NO more than 12” behind the driver’s seat, this bar must remain 18” from the floor and remain horizontal. You may use interior door bars on both sides, remember NO kickers of any kind!!! Bars may be mounted on a 6”H x 6”L x 1/2”Thk steel plate. Bars may be welded or bolted to the steel plates. Any bars up to 6” Dia. Are acceptable. Bars MUST be chained or wired to inside of vehicle. Rollover bars are permitted, but MUST remain vertical ONLY! You may bolt or weld the rollover bar to your seat bar ONLY. Your rollover bar may NOT attach to your frame or body! Bar’s may NOT run any type of KICKERS. Trailer hitches and mounting brackets MUST be completely removed before arriving to the facility. You MAY use stock or modified steering in all classes, BESIDES back to the 90’s! You may modify or replace knuckles or joints in steering assemblies in all classes, BESIDES back to the 90’s! You may reinforce tie-rod ends with angle iron or rod-iron, BESIDES back to the 90’s. NO sandblasting, painting, or under coating any part of the under body of your vehicle.
11. REAR-SUSPENSION: 21” Maximum Height from the bottom of the bumper to the ground, and 14” Minimum Height from the bottom of the bumper to the ground. This will be strictly enforced! You may use up to (3) clamps per set of leave springs. Or (3) spring spacers, will be allowed, but MUST be SAFE!!! Official’s decision will determine the safety. You may run (2) 3/8” chain cables or wire to support the rear humps, NOT to exceed (1) loop, cable, chain or wire per vehicle side. This may be NO longer than 36”L.
12. ENGINES/MOTORS: You may swap motors in any class. Firewall may be beat back, or cut out for distributor clearance. Distributor protectors and/or coil protectors ARE allowed, in the Compact and Mid-Size Class. NO engine or pulley protectors are allowed. Basic motor cradles, WILL be allowed. Motors may be chained to the frame, and motor mounts may be altered to strengthen. This provided, doesn’t strengthen the frame. Carburetors must have an air cleaner on it, NO exceptions. Hand throttles ARE acceptable. Headers and stacks are permitted, but MUST remain vertical.
13. RADIATORS: Must be in stock location of vehicle. You may use a Radi-barrel, or stock radiator. But MUST remain in stock location.
14. BATTERIES: (1) or (2) batteries are permitted, but must be located on the passenger side floor board. This needs to be securely mounted to the floor.
15. TRANSMISSION: Transmission coolers are accepted in any class. Coolers must be securely mounted on the passenger side of the vehicle. Must be approved per an official.
16. GAS TANKS: NO FACTORY GAS TANKS will be permitted. You MUST have an after-market fuel cell; steel ONLY… 6 gallon maximum.
NEW for 2015… You may now run a gas tank protector; it is allowed to come off from your rear seat bar to rear hump (where the back of the back seat starts to go up). Also new for 2015, you may now run a back window bar. This will be coming from the roof to the trunk deck lid and speaker deck seam; bolts may NOT penetrate the trunks floor. You will only be allowed to mount with a 6”W x 6”L steel plate.
17. BRAKES: Must have functioning breaks at the start of every heat or feature.
18. TIRES and RIMS: Any ply 12”-16” tires are permitted. Maximum allowances of 26”T x 7”W. Doubled tires, tubes or solid rubber tires are permitted. NO studded tires, wheel weights, doubled rims, or split rims!
