I've read through a bunch of this and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm having a hard time keeping my rear end centered or towards the front of the humps without having a resiculously high pinion angle. We aren't allowed to shorten trailing arms. Have you tried using gm uppers?

I put my ford rear in a metric gm and the pinion was way to low, so I used a ford upper. The ford uppers are longer. So gm uppers should lower yours hopefully enough

Built a 01 Vic and used 80s vic a arms/spindles. Looking for more ride height to use 5.50 and still have over 20" at the bumper. Noticed alot people using 80 gm uppers. From what I understand i Will be able to use 80 Vic spindles still just have to re do the ball joint with 80 Vic? And would tilting at the boxes be more beneficial then xmember or about the same. I've only tilted at the boxes mainly for body mounts.

Allowed to do either or but just one.just was told Not allowed to weld ball joints in at all. Assuming ford ball joints won't line up to 80 gm ball joints as far as bolting them on

So not sure if i am reading it wrong you don't have enough height now but you want to tilt! And swap to gm a arm on 80s vic spindle?
My buddy ran 70s Ford on 80s vic spindle on his vic wagon. You should also see in this thread where guys are using astro van and s10 spindles on vic a arms which allows you to use bolt in adapter for screw in bolt joints if allowed.

No I've tilted with 7:00 14 kk on the front. But want to go with a smaller tire for more clearence and have noticed others using 80s gm uppers with 27" skids/ 5:50 sitting higher then I was. Yeah just found out today I can't use screw INS and can't weld stock ones in place. If I could use screw INS I'd be set not needing ball joints to bolt in factory. Probably just stick with 80 ford spindles for this show and try using gm uppers/spindles on the next build.

Just picked up a 2001 crown vic interceptor with 4.6. Just leaving everything stock in it. My question is with wiring and fuses. Previous owner removed every fuse and relay in car. What fuses and or relays are needed to get running and driving?

Look up a diagram and follow the directions for p71. Most of them will say power of some sort.
The 3 block of relays you need the pcm/ecm(can't remember the label) and fuel IF you run the stock tank(please dont). You need fuses for the cluster and should be some obvious like trans, pcm, etc
