Rules dictate everything limited means diff things in lots of areas. Give a rough idea of rules for a better answer. Each have benefits/ negatives. Without knowing the rules 76 caddy would be my choice.

Any rearend, one plate on bumper mounting on any side, any bumper hardnosed loaded and seam welded or tubing. A arms welded down, aftermarked tie rods and ball joints allowed. 6 hood hold downs 1 inch rod, two 3/8 plates any where on frame, no hump plates, open class no Imperials, body bolts can be changed, down bars allowed to body only.
