Looking for ideas for mounting my fire extinguisher. Until now I have been cutting into the side of the drivers seat and stuffing the extinguisher into it. (I don't run a passenger seat) I am forever hitting my arm/elbow of the stupid thing though. It gets old really fast.
Amazon has some quick release mounts but I'm not sure how they would hold up to derby use.
Looking for ideas on what everyone else has been doing for a mount.

I have a quick release mount on my SxS and it shakes around but does stay in place but not so sure about in the Derby. I'd say it would work but it will be a loose fit shaking around. My opinion you can be out of the car quicker then fooling with a fire extinguisher.

I took a pipe that the fire extinguisher fit in, capped the bottom and welded it to the center bar. used Velcro to hold it in place if I ever ended up on my lid.
