So I plan on getting a e2000 fuel pump, they push like 75-90 psi but the Volvo im running only needs about 45-50psi. Will I have to get an inline fuel pressure regulator or will the stock one work? Also, will I need to hook up a return? Never built a cell before so im kinda clueless lol

I think you will be fine with the stock regulator. I use a return on my cars, but have heard of guys not using a return before as well. Some of the other guys on here with more experience will prob have a solid answer on the return ? Best of luck to ya.
