Looking for tips and tricks on 2003 Suburban. This is my first one and looking to have some fun and hopefully couple runs out of it. If anyone can help would greatly appreciate it.

It have the 5.3 or 6.0... and do u plan to run the factory engine or do a swop? I believe they have a solid rear axle so depending on the track weld the gears, I would also suggest putting something other than the stock bumper front bumper on.

if it has a ls engine it has arguably the best engine out there no need to change. also move the wiring to a safe place!

It has 5.3 looking to run in stock. It was hit by drunk driver while parked on street so its scrap not worth fixing and want to build it than scrap it atleast get some fun out of it

Just from watching over the years it seems somewhat important to do everything you can with rear body mounts. In general SUVs seem to have issues with separating from the frame after awhile.
