I take it that is a stock imp rim on the rear ? they are touch but I would never run another or it was just my dumb luck again.well right side broke a axel/pulled lug nuts thru rim.driver side the center got rip dam near completely out. Stockish Imp rim. See page two for details.

Not much to update on but figured I put up a couple new pics, first one is drivers door, I'm a big guy so I like to trim door for better access I also wrap sheet metal to make for a smooth surface for sliding in and out. Second is just a lame windshield wire screen.

Saw that too haha. Those plates don’t really look welded on. It looks like a plate on top of jb weld or something. Maybe the pic is deceiving but doesn’t look like a great weld

They are horribly scabbed in but the kid that installed them was proud of himself, wasn't too worried about it, not going to make a huge difference anyway.

With frames plates like that on a boxcar, I’d be for welding up that pointy, it won’t handle a car like that.

Yep if it's full weld and your allowed kickers to dash bar I would add them and kicker from gas tank pro down to the humps and seam weld that pointy because it will flatten that pointy how you have the car built

There has been no update lately due to the cancellation of our events. I’ve been taking a break from the build and deciding what I want to do moving forward. This Freaking Covid bullshit is a mess. I guess I’ll have more time to do more to the car.🤷♂️ I’m totally bummed to not get to run this year.
