Just built a 98-02 Lincoln for a friend... It has the big triangular hole in the side of the hump that is the weak spot... Currently building a 99 Vic that doesn't have the triangular hole in the hump but has a hole on the bottom of the frame under where it would be instead... It is a p73 car... Would the hole on the bottom be the better hump option when hump plates aren't allowed? Thanks

here's a 98 to 02 inside the frame. Has a factory hump plate. I'll have to double check if this was a p71 body it came out from under but I don't believe it was.

Well I’m sure u only have that cut apart for pic purposes, I doubt there is any extra plating in there 😉

I'll have to get a picture... The triangular holes are under the brackets on the side.. on my frame the triangular hole isn't there... Just a bolt hole underneath the bracket and you can reach up in and put a wrench on it from the bottom.

Got some pics once I figure out how to post them lol tinypic.com on you’re phone. it’s stupid easy. you don’t even need to make and account, you click download file select picture from you’re library. Then tinypic converts it to a multiple urls then copy where it says forums and emails. bring the image here, paste. Boom you’re done. And post... not too hard once you do it a few times.
