I quickly need an answer. Don't have the two in front of me. I need to know if the front horns from a-arm forward from a 98-02 will fit a box Lincoln frame. Something tells me the 98-02 have taller and wider horns.

If you could I would just restub at crossmember or firewall

They don't have to match perfectly, just close enough to beat together and weld.

The horns might work, really don’t know, would be stronger to just restub the box with the 98-02

The car isn't worth the effort to throw a good front stub under it. I have a 98-02 stub with twisted boxes but good horns. Not trying to waste good parts on a junk car.

Understandable, second best option would be just the 98-02 stub where it’s good and restub there but I suppose just doing it at the horns might be ok, I really don’t know if they will line up so I can’t help you there

just restub the dam thing already. if its taller/wider should be no problem. Leave some old frame in place slide over and weld away.

Lol I'm just throwing this hunk of sh*t toget her for a friend Tony. He wants to get his feet wet in a derby. The car is pretty used up. Not worth the extra time to throw a complete stub under it.

I'd say just go for it. Iv seen guys do it before, iv seen 98-02 horns on 03^ and also on gm frames. A little slice here and there, hammering and welding you'll get them stuck on.
