93 p71. Car won't run with maf plugged in. Also seems like iac valve is pulling too much air.. car came from junkyard. Do I just need a new MAF? Car revs great with iac blocked but of course dies at idle. Seems like issue developed when I left car uncovered and it got wet.

Is there any water down in the spark plug holes? And if you can I'd try another MAF sensor.

Try cleaning the MAF and IAC. You can probably find out what to use at crownvic.net.
