Ok, I normally run gm vehicles, but going to give a 2003 dodge caravan a try. The question I have is, the fuel system doesn't have a fuel system return. I have in gm style pump inside my fuel cell, & the van currently runs fine without any kind of return, but will it survive a stock chain & wire derby? Any help, or pictures would be great.
Thanks,
Glenn

Without having a return line and no way to regulate pressure it will eventually build up a lot of pressure and cause issues. Maybe no issues right away but returnless fuel systems are generally regulated by the ECM to give it the correct amount of pressure to stay running. You can always a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator so that no issues will arise. Ford escorts are the same way in the 2000 model years. To much fuel pressure can lead to bad things. You could blow your lines or even lock up your pump and get no fuel period depending how high your pressure looks.
