Superintendent: Zach Waibel (217)414-1327 Sunday, July 23, 2017 Derby Begins – 7:00 p.m. Check-in begins at 4:30 p.m. All cars must be checked in by 6:30 p.m. Derby rules may be obtained by: 1. Visiting www.menardcountyfair.com2. Email - bhollis@menardcountyfair.com 3. Phone - 217-306-6002 ALL rule questions should be directed to Asst. Superintendent Zach Waibel - (217)414-1327. Class 1: *NEW* Modified “5 FOOT” – NEW RULES Total Purse - $1400 (1st- $800;2nd- $400;3rd- $200) **If 8 cars or less, purse not guaranteed Class 2: Semi-Stock Total Purse - $1400 (1st - $800; 2nd -$400; 3rd - $200) **PURSE GUARANTEED Class 3: Compact Total Purse - $1200 (1st - $800; 2nd - $300; 3rd - $100) ** PURSE GUARANTEED Class 4: Bone Stock Total Purse - $700 (1st – 400; 2nd – 200; 3rd - $100) **Minimum of 8 cars to guarantee purse. Should any class exceed 20 entries, we will run heats for that class. We will not pay heat winners at this time, but will take the top 3 from each heat and run a feature. The need for a consolation will be determined on the night of the show dependent on car count and officials meeting. All officials’ decisions are final.
