whats the best stock bolt it axle for a shocker . rules say axle swaps aloud but must bolt in no welding

Cut the pads off and re weld them on. 8.75 is a better rear than 9inch though imo

Chrysler 8.75 rearend will directly bolt in under a shocker. May have to pull the leafs in a hair, but its really really easy to do.

Yep hook come along to each leaf and pull in until they line up. Simple as that

something I've started doing is swapping rear leaf spring hangers. most rear spring hangers on a shocker are off set towards the outside of the frame. i take them off and swap them, after the leafs are offset towards the inside of the frame and in kind of in a v formation but a narrower 8 3/4 bolts right in and it works quite well for me, makes the back kind of rigid, I think its stronger (might just be my imagination)
