What's everyone's thoughts on the best 80's and newer car to "painlessly" drop a BBM in? I can't seem to give up my mopar power train. 400s and 440s mainly. Just curious on what your thoughts are on roomiest ( oil pan/steering/ trans tunnel) clearance. Thanks for any and all input.

I put one in a R body last year... Get ya a bigblock cordoba and use all the parts off it to bolt into a R body.

Did they ever put big blocks in M body police cruisers (Gran Fury etc) from factory? If so, that would be the obvious choice, in my humble opnion

Nathan Sheilds put a big block in a diplomat. But no, M bodies never got any form of big block.

Just like what hemi said. You will have to unbolt the steering box to make it easier on yourself. But that's been alot of beers and days ago.
