Is there a way to hot wire it so it don't start out in 3rd gear

I watched a video on YouTube of a guy who had his hot wired and shifted it with light switches...that's probably no help to you at all but maybe he could help if you track the video down.

ground pins A(lt green) and B(yellow/blk) and power to pin E (pink)

I've toasted 3 in daily drivers under normal conditions so...
94 Caprice, 94 Fleetwood, 95 K1500.
The 4l80e's are a much heavier trans is what I've been told.

internals from a 93-up 4l60-e are exactly the same as an 82-92 700r4. the difference is the valve body
hot wiring a 4l60e like i posted above will have max line pressure, to get that with a 700 you need to pull cable tight.

Max line pressure at all times isn’t good,I set up a 4l80 full manual,and put a vacuum modulater setup on it from transgo
