Was told big block chevy springs will go into a 1995 town car is this true? How much hight will it give me if so? Running a bone stock show so any mods besides direct swap is a no go. Thanks

Oh yes, I've done it. If you don't know what you're doing is kinda a bear.
It makes it very stiff, and makes the A arms touch the pocket.
Just make sure to take the bump stops off 1st.
IMO, easier ways than changing the springs. Kick the stock ones or put a water pump pulley in them.
But again, simply changing springs will not gain and height over stocks if the stock ones already make the arm touch the pocket.
Height has to be increased through A arms, spindles, and/or tire size.
Edit: Shoulda asked this 1st.... you talking front or rear of the car?

Talking about the front, im going to be running a 7.00 15 front tire, was told i couldn't swap anything but the coils for a bb gm or add twist in spacers. I usally bolt the arms solid but they wont let me unfortunately.

Running a 700-15 with rear spring spacers in the front should be sufficient.
Much easier than changing springs.
Besides, them 4.6s are HEAVY. After putting a SBC in one, there's not much you hafta do to keep bumper height.

Welp, just reread that it's a bone stock show, never mind on the SBC.
